This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel at the reception were available at every hours. The beds were comfortable and the people in the hotel were generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Very awesome hotel and good area. I Absolutely advise Hotel JAL City Matsuyama!

Wonderful place, almost everything is close by. Staff members are super pleasant and helpful and speak fantastic English. There are activities every night and it´s a great way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s extremely minor. Wonderful value for the price!
